Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At Babanjee Cash, user satisfaction is our top priority. If a technical or service-related issue is verified after internal investigation, a refund of the entry fee may be initiated. Each case will be reviewed for authenticity and legitimacy.

2. Participation Cancellation

Participation in games such as fantasy sports, esports, card games, or casual games cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In rare exceptions like payment gateway issues or platform-related faults, a refund may be granted and credited to your respective source wallet.

3. Game/Contest Cancellation

If a game or contest is cancelled by Babanjee Cash due to a technical glitch or system error, your entry fee will be refunded. The refunded amount will reflect in your wallet and can be used for future contests.

4. Mode of Refund

We always strive to offer a smooth and best to create experience for our users. In case of payments made via credit/debit card or UPI, refunds will be credited back to the original source account used during the transaction. For wallet-based transactions, the refund will be initiated to the respective in-app wallet section.
